PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an important problem of providing a foam cosmetic that contains a carbon dioxide gas, has a good sense of use, an excellent flexibility and makes a user feel a sense of warmth.SOLUTION: The foam cosmetic is a foaming aerosol dosage form and comprises 0.05-5 mass% of carbon dioxide gas and 0.1-10 mass% of a hydrocarbon and/or a fatty acid ester as a solid fat.
