The object of the invention is the field of cosmetics, and the invention relates to cosmetic non-therapeutic compositions containing fatty acid soaps and suitable microemulsions. The aim of the invention is to provide bar soaps, in particular transparent bar soaps, which comprise conditioning, oil-restorative, and care additives and which can be produced using conventional methods for producing bar soaps. The invention thus relates to cosmetic, non-therapeutic bar soaps which contain a) 3 to 90 wt.%, more preferably 15 to 90 wt.%, particularly preferably 20 to 90 wt.%, in particular 25 to 90 wt.%, yet more preferably 30 to 85 wt.%, and most preferably 30 to 80 wt.%, of fatty acid soaps and b) 0.01 to 50 wt.%, more preferably 0.1 to 30 wt.%, particularly preferably 0.5 to 20 wt.%, in particular 1 to 15 wt.%, of a microemulsion.
