The invention relates to an apparatus for an energy conservation and carbon reduction plant factory, including a mobile plant factory which is transported by a carrier, defined with an internal space and assembled with a light source modulation device. The light source modulation device includes a light-transmissive heat-isolation part, an isolation board body, a light-emitting element and at least one light-reflecting part, in which the light-transmissive heat-isolation part is defined on a top surface of the plant factory, the isolation board body is defined between the light-transmissive heat-isolation part and the internal space, the isolation board body is defined with a top surface reflective part at one side thereof adjacent to the internal space, and the light-emitting element is installed in the plant factory. In a general use condition, light use efficiency can be enhanced by using the light-emitting element, the light-reflecting part and the top surface reflective part.
