PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diatomaceous earth granule and zeolite granule which efficiently cope with prevention of escalation of a pressing disaster of gas and liquid containing chemical substance and specified chemical substance generated on the ground and water surface in a contemporary society at a low cost. SOLUTION: The diatomaceous earth granule and the zeolite granule which are porous material contained intake materials are used in timber for preventing escalation of emergency disaster of gas, liquid, and combustible material. The diatomaceous earth granule and the zeolite granule, characterized by porous material, provide technique for containing, holding, and containing and decomposing organic material according to use in a disaster.
