PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system which hardly depends on the skill of an operator.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system comprises: measurement means (a coordinate calculation part 34) for measuring a relative position and a relative posture of an ultrasonic probe with respect to a subject using image information on the subject acquired by the ultrasonic probe and control amount calculation means (2035) for calculating a control amount of the position and the posture of the ultrasonic probe on the basis of a measurement result of the measurement means. The ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system also comprises at least one of a probe control mechanism for controlling the position and the posture of the ultrasonic probe by using the control amount calculated by the control amount calculation means and guide information presentation means for presenting information for guiding movement of the position and the posture of the ultrasonic probe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
