A robot scheduling method and apparatus, and a computer readable storage medium, which relate to the technical field of computers. The method comprises: acquiring path condition information in a warehouse (S302); calculating goods picking time of robots according to the positions of the robots and the path condition information (S304); and determining a robot for executing a goods picking task according to the goods picking time of the robots (S306). When robots are scheduled, goods picking time of the robots is calculated with reference to the positions of the robots and condition information about each path in a warehouse, and a robot for executing a goods picking task is determined according to the goods picking time, so that the robots are not scheduled only based on distances any more, thereby avoiding the condition that a robot having a shorter distance but needing a longer goods picking time is selected to execute a goods picking task, and improving the goods picking efficiency.
