PURPOSE: An antibacterial tooth paste containing isothiocyanates(ITCs) isolated from Horseradish is provided to stabilize antibacterial activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing isothiocyanate-containing solid lipid microcapsule comprises: a step of dispersing isothiocyanate to a solid lipid in a proper concentrate； a step of control aryl isothiocyanate content； a step of disperse the extract at 60°；C； a step of mixing the solid lipid and water in a ratio of 1:9 and mixing with surfactant； a step of dispersing the mixture with a homogenizer for 30 seconds to form emulsion； a step of cooling the emulsion at 0°；C. The surfactant is non-ionic surfactant and solid lipid is hydrogenated palm oil.본 발명은 고추냉이무(Horseradish)에서 추출한 천연 항균성분인 이소티오시아네이트류(Isothiocyanates, 이하 ITCs라고 함)를 첨가한 항균 치약에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고추냉이에서 추출한 천연 항균성분인 이소티오시아네이트류(ITCs) 용액을 마이크로캡슐에 넣어 항균성분의 활성을 안정화시킴과 동시에 그 작용기간을 장기화하여 통상의 치약 원료와 혼합하여 제조한 치약으로 구강내의 미생물에 대해서 살균작용 또는 항균 활성을 가지며, 천연 항균성분을 첨가함으로써 부작용도 없는 천연 항균 치약에 관한 것이다.
