In the present disclosure, a nanoliposome formulation is realized through the combination of caprylic/capric triglyceride, cholesterol, and hydrophilic lecithin as an amphiphilic substance which is nature-friendly. An active ingredient which is ethanol-soluble and poorly water-soluble such as oleanolic acid is supported on the liposome.
