PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional component transport device capable of suppressing diffusion of a functional component and transporting the functional component to a desired position.SOLUTION: A functional component transport device S of the invention comprises: transport flow creation means for creating transport flow H formed of laminar flow in a predetermined direction and functional component introduction means 6 for introducing the functional component in the transport flow, and by the transport flow H, the functional component can be transported to a desired position. In addition, the transport flow creation means comprises: a transport flow rectifier 4 having plural gas columns 5 and rectifying air flow a holding device 3 for directing the transport flow rectifier 4 in a predetermined direction and flow rate adjustment means for adjusting flow rate of the transport flow. The functional component introduction means 6 discharges the functional component in air and introduces it in the transport flow N. In addition, the functional component transport device S having control means is mounted on a vehicle, and switches the functional component to a suitable functional component and transports, on the basis of car navigation information, congestion information, travel data, and observation data obtained by human measurement such as an in-vehicle camera.
