PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical report preparing system or the like, for more easily and speedily performing medical report preparation compared with the conventional manner.SOLUTION: Preparation of a detailed report schema is made possible speedily and easily by deforming a schema form registered in advance. In the case of using a single-layered form, a drag and drop operation or the like is made for the form while moving a cursor, for example, to a desired position, thereby deforming the form and preparing the report schema. In addition, in the case of using a multi-layered form having laminated graphics in which different colors or the like are assigned to layers, the respective layers are associated with characterizing portions of diagnostic regions, and the forms in the respective layers are deformed to to match the corresponding portions.
