The present invention is a method for manufacturing a composite body of a continuous-sheet by producing a single-sheet workpiece from a continuous-sheet-like member that is continuously conveyed and by bonding the single-sheet workpiece to a continuous sheet. The method includes: receiving and holding the continuous-sheet-like member with a plurality of holding members when each of the plurality of holding members that circulates along a circulating trajectory and is aligned in a circulating direction passes through a receiving position on the circulating trajectory； producing the single-sheet workpiece by irradiating the continuous-sheet-like member with laser beam while the holding members hold the continuous-sheet-like member, so as to cut off a part held onto the holding members in the continuous-sheet-like member； and bonding and delivering the single-sheet workpiece to the continuous sheet when the single-sheet workpiece held onto the holding member passes through a delivery position on the circulating trajectory.
