PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of production quality of continuous sheet composites for absorbent articles.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing continuous sheet composites by producing single slip workpieces from a continuous sheet-like member being continuously conveyed and bonding the single slip workpieces onto a continuous sheet. The method comprises steps of: causing each of a plurality of holding members, which are circumferentially aligned and revolving in a circumferential orbit, to receive and hold the continuous sheet-like member when the holding member passes through a receiving location on the circumferential orbit applying laser light to the continuous sheet-like member being held by the holding members so as to cut the parts of the continuous sheet-like member held by the holding members and produce the single slip workpieces and bonding and delivering the single slip workpieces to the continuous sheet when the single slip workpieces held by the holding members pass through a delivery location on the circumferential orbit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸収性物品に係る連続シートの複合体の製造品質の低下を防ぐ。【解決手段】連続して搬送される連続シート状部材から単票状ワークを生成して、当該単票状ワークを連続シートに接合することにより、連続シートの複合体を製造する方法である。周回軌道を周回方向に並んで周回する複数の保持部材が、それぞれ前記周回軌道上の受け取り位置を通過する際に、前記保持部材が前記連続シート状部材を受け取って保持することと、前記保持部材が前記連続シート状部材を保持している間に、前記連続シート状部材に向けてレーザー光線を照射することにより、前記連続シート状部材のうちで前記保持部材が保持する部分を切り離して前記単票状ワークを生成することと、前記保持部材に保持された前記単票状ワークが、前記周回軌道上の引き渡し位置を通過する際に、前記連続シートに前記単票状ワークを接合して引き渡すことと、を有する。【選択図】図6
