PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sophorolipid-containing composition which does not use synthetic surfactants comprising mainly chemical compounds such as sulfate type surfactant etc., and in order for the sophorolipid to be used as a raw material for applications requiring foaming properties, especially shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, facial cleansing foam, does not deviate from the category of natural products, does not increase the environmental burden, has high foaming properties, produces fine bubbles, has excellent rinsing properties, and gives a smooth and moist feeling after washing.SOLUTION: A sophorolipid-containing composition comprises sophorolipid and an amino acid surfactant and does not contain or has a limited amount of synthetic surfactant mainly composed of a chemical compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】サルフェイト系界面活性剤などの化学合成物主体の合成系界面活性剤を使用せずに、ソホロリピッドを起泡性が必要な用途、特に、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、洗顔フォームの原料に用いる為に、天然物の範疇を逸脱せず、なお且つ環境負荷を増加させる事なく、起泡性が高く、きめ細かな泡を生成し、すすぎ性に優れ、洗浄後の滑らかさやしっとり感を付与するソホロリピッド含有組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ソホロリピッドと、アミノ酸系界面活性剤とを含有し、かつ、化学合成物主体の合成系界面活性剤を含有しない又は制限された量を含む、ソホロリピッド含有組成物により解決する。【選択図】なし
