PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a leg part environment regulation device for effectively preventing a relative motion between a comforter and a main body of the device even in the case that a light-weight easy-deformable bedding is used as an entire or a part of the comforter.SOLUTION: A leg part environment regulation device 10 comprises a top plate part 11, a top plate supporting part 12 for keeping the top plate part 11 in a prescribed space from its reference plane and environment regulation means 13 for regulating a temperature at an environment regulation region acting as a three-dimensional space through electrical energization or its ventilation.
