PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, an image processing device, and an image processing method capable of performing more accurate positioning.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray image generation part, a projection image generation part, a positioning part, and a superimposed image generation part. The X-ray image generation part generates X-ray image data of a predetermined region based on an X-ray that transmits a subject in which medical equipment is inserted at the region. The projection image generation part generates data of a projection image projected from a direction roughly the same as the imaging direction of the X-ray image data based on three-dimensional medical image data in which the region is imaged. The positioning part performs positioning of the X-ray image data and the projection image data using the shape of the medical equipment in the X-ray image data and the contour of the region in the projection image data. The superimposed image generation part generates superimposed image data which superimposes the X-ray image data and the image based on the three-dimensional medical image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】より精度の高い位置合わせを可能にするX線診断装置、画像処理装置及び画像処理方法を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態のX線診断装置は、X線画像生成部と、投影画像生成部と、位置合わせ部と、重畳画像生成部とを備える。X線画像生成部は、医療器具が所定の部位に挿入された被検体を透過したX線に基づいて、当該部位のX線画像データを生成する。投影像生成部は、前記部位が撮像された3次元医用画像データに基づいて、前記X線画像データの撮影方向と略同一の方向から投影した投影像データを生成する。位置合わせ部は、前記X線画像データにおける前記医療器具の形状と、前記投影像データにおける前記部位の輪郭とを用いて、当該X線画像データ及び当該投影像データの位置合わせを行う。重畳画像生成部は、前記X線画像データと、前記3次元医用画像データに基づく画像とを重畳させた重畳画像データを生成する。【選択図】図2
