In the sensor unit 11, an ultrasonic element 21 transmitting an ultrasonic wave to one surface side of the sensor unit 11 and receiving a reflection wave of the ultrasonic wave and a vibration element 23 transmitting vibration to the other surface side of the sensor unit 11 are provided so as to have a corresponding physical relationship. The control part 50 drives the vibration element 23 in accordance with a signal outputted from the ultrasonic element 21 receiving the reflection wave after making the ultrasonic element 21 transmit the ultrasonic wave.
