PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus capable of exerting a cosmetic effect on parts around eyes.SOLUTION: A skin treatment head 2 includes: warmth generation means 13 coolness generation means 14 a first heat supply body 30 which gives generated heat to eye lids and a second heat supply body 20 which gives generated heat to skin surfaces around the eye lids. A heat stimulation mode by the first heat supply body 30 and the second heat supply body 20 is alternately switched between a warmth stimulation mode and a coolness stimulation mode, which gives the eye lids and the skin surfaces around them heat stimulations respectively having different temperatures.
