The present invention relates to a biodegradable stent comprising, as an effective ingredient, a contrast media and a biodegradable polymer, wherein a biodegradable polymer is used and thus a restenosis suppression effect immediately after a procedure is excellent, and a contrast media is used together in a predetermined amount and thus a position of the stent can be recognized by an x-ray until the replacement time of the stent. In addition, a biodegradable stent comprising, as an effective ingredient, a contrast media and a biodegradable polymer and manufactured according to the present invention contains a predetermined amount of contrast media and thus can remarkably reduce a side effect which may be caused by the contrast media. Further, the biodegradable stent is manufactured by 3D printing and thus can remarkably reduce a manufacturing time, so that the stent is industrially applicable.La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse biodégradable comprenant, en tant que principes actifs, un milieu de contraste et un polymère biodégradable. L'utilisation du polymère biodégradable permet d'obtenir un excellent effet de suppression de resténose immédiatement après une intervention, et l'utilisation conjointe du milieu de contraste en une quantité prédéfinie permet de reconnaître la position de l'endoprothèse par radiographie jusqu'au moment du remplacement de l'endoprothèse. De plus, l'endoprothèse biodégradable comprenant, en tant que principes actifs, un milieu de contraste et un polymère biodégradable et fabriquée selon la présente invention contient une quantité prédéfinie d'un milieu de contraste et peut ainsi réduire considérablement un effet secondaire qui peut être provoqué par le milieu de contraste.
