Thereby structure, directly sample contents can be scraped in the head of acquisition rod tool rough surface, stab sampling, and acquisition rod system selectively do not fracture head or head is fractureed using broken part and set what save pipe in, the sample contents of contact sampling are not had to when taking, directly its drip nozzle is managed by preservation to ooze, to avoid being contaminated and the infection of personnel, effectively promoted its ease of use and examine accurately with safety.本創作係提供一種檢體採集研磨棒之結構,尤指針對採樣物採樣有研磨效果及保存於保存液中之用,其包括:一保存管,其內部設有提供保存液盛裝之容置空間,且一端設有外具定位凸及內具流道之滴嘴;一上蓋,係設於保存管之另端,該上蓋兩端對應保存管且其中一端並具倒齒凸之下頭部;一下蓋,係設於保存管其具定位凸之滴嘴,其中央設有具止塞之內夾套;一採集棒,係設於上蓋內且置於保存管其容置空間,其包含有一把手、一頭部,該頭部設有提供採樣物採樣由氧化鋁結晶體與樹酯結合而成如砂紙般顆粒之粗糙面。藉此結構,可直接將採集棒具粗糙面之頭部對採樣物作刮、戳採樣,而採集棒係選擇性不折斷頭部或利用折斷部將頭部折斷而置於保存管內,取用時不用接觸採樣之採樣物,直接由保存管其滴嘴滴出,以避免受到污染及人員之感染,有效提升其使用方便性及檢驗準確與安全。
