The present invention provides a method for detecting an irregular heartbeat, comprising the steps of: a) continuously measuring pulse peaks within a period to obtain a pulse peak sequence and a pulse peak time interval sequence corresponding to the pulse peak sequence; b) calculating the absolute value of the difference between a single interval of the pulse peak time interval sequence and the mean value of the pulse peak time interval sequence, and determined as irregular pulse peak (IPP) when the absolute value is greater than or equal to 15% to 25% of the mean value of the pulse peak time interval sequence. The present invention also provides a device using the foresaid method. The present invention detects the abnormalities such as irregular pulse peak (IPP), irregular heartbeat (IHB), atrial fibrillation (AF), sick sinus syndrome (SSS) by non-invasive way, which can be applied to a sphygmomanometer or a wearable device as a user-friendly detection.本發明提供一種偵測心律異常的方法,其步驟包括:a.於一時間區間內連續量測脈波,得到一脈波序列以及與該脈波序列相對應的一脈波時間間隔序列;b.計算該脈波時間間隔序列中之單一脈波時間間隔與該脈波時間間隔序列平均值之差的絕對值,當該絕對值大於或等於該脈波時間間隔序列平均值之15%至25%時,判定為異常脈波。本發明亦提供一種利用前述方法的偵測裝置。本發明提供之方法及裝置可利用非侵入方式,偵測出異常脈波、心律不齊、心房顫動、病竇症候群等異常的情形,並可將其應用於血壓計或穿戴式裝置,便於使用者能自主檢測。
