PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of easily obtaining the positional relationships between images that are referenced in diagnosis.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus in the embodiment includes a collection unit, an image forming unit, a generation unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The collection unit collects data by scanning a subject with X-rays. The image forming unit forms a first image and a second image by reconstructing the collected data under a first reconstruction conditions and a second reconstruction condition, respectively. The generation unit generates positional relationship information representing positional relationships between the first and second images based on the collected data.
