The present invention relates, generally, to methods and compositions for increasing the efficiency of therapeutic antibodies. Their efficiency is enhanced through the increase of the ADCC mechanism. More particularly, the invention relates to the use of a therapeutic antibody in combination with compounds that block an inhibitory receptor or stimulate an activating receptor of an NK cell in order to enhance the efficiency of the treatment with therapeutic antibodies in human subjects.본 발명은 일반적으로는 치료용 항체의 효능을 향상시키는 방법 및 조성물에 관한 것이다. 그 효능은 ADCC 메카니즘을 증진시킴으로써 향상된다. 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 치료용 항체와 NK 세포의 비활성화 수용체를 차단하거나 또는 활성화 수용체를 자극하는 화합물을 공동으로 인간 개체에서 그 치료용 항체의 치료 효능을 향상시키기 위해 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
