The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing DNA damaged by toxic of hydrofluoric acid and, more specifically, a composition for treating and preventing DNA damaged by toxic of hydrofluoric acid, which includes at least one among resveratrol, sulforaphane, curcumin or berberine which are natural antioxidants wherein the damage caused by hydrofluoric acid means that DNA of lymphocyte is oxidatively damaged, thereby enabling resveratrol, sulforaphane or curcumin which are from natural antioxidants to efficiently inhibit oxidative damage to the DNA of lymphocyte. In addition, pre-treated berberine is allowed to stop the DNA damage caused by hydrofluoric acid in the damage level of the DNA.본 발명은 불산 독성에 의한 DNA 손상 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 천연물 산화제인 레스베라트롤(resveratrol) 또는 설포라판(Sulforaphane) 또는 커큐민(Curcumin) 또는 베르베린 (Berberine) 중 어느 하나 이상 또는 항산화제를 포함하는 불산 독성에 의한 DNA 손상 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실험 결과, 불산에 의한 손상은 임파구 DNA의 산화적 손상으로 밝혀졌으며, 이러한 DNA 산화적 손상에 대한 천연물 유래 항산화제인 레스베라트롤(resveratrol) 또는 설포라판(Sulforaphane) 또는 커큐민(Curcumin)이 불산에 의한 임파구 DNA의 산화적 손상을 효과적으로 억제함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 베르베린(Berberine)을 전처리한 경우 불산에 의한 DNA 손상 억제도를 살펴본 결과, 불산에 의한 DNA 손상을 베르베린(Berberine)이 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.
