The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating damage to DNA by nanosize TiIO_2 toxicity which includes natural phytochemicals or antioxidants. The natural phytochemicals includes at least one from resveratro, sulforaphane, and curcumin. According to the present invention, the composition includes not only antioxidants such as vitamin C and NAC but also natural phytochemicals such as resveratro, sulforaphane, and curcumin.
