The present invention relates to a system for determining the level of consciousness based on the pupilary response and iris recognition of a patient by using a camera and a voice recognizer equipped on a mobile communications terminal. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for, when an emergency patient is generated, rapidly recognizing the iris of the patient using a camera and a voice recognizer equipped on a mobile communications terminal, calculating eye movement reaction, verbal reaction, motor nerve reaction, and the like in a batch based on a GCS score, sending information on the state or current location of the patient to a nearest emergency room (hospital) or a nearest rescue center to the patient via the wireless network of the mobile communications terminal, if the total GCS score is less than or equal to nine, and guiding proper treatment for the patient and the nearest hospital. When an emergency patient is generated, a health care provider or an ordinary person easily grasps the state of the patient, obtains the iris information of the emergency patient using a camera function and a voice recognizer included in a wireless mobile communications terminal for first aid, scores the information based on a GCS score, and displays the score on a screen or performs an emergency medical service. The GCS score scores eye reaction, verbal reaction, and motor reaction of a patient. Each item is evaluated based on reference scores, four points for eye reaction, five points for verbal reaction, and six points for motor reaction. Based on the evaluation score, the system sends information on the current state or location of the patient to an emergency medical center or a rescue center information system, guides first air corresponding to the current state of the patient, and guides the patient to the nearest emergency room.COPYRIGHT KIPO
