PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detector that improves the accuracy of phase information in radiation phase imaging of a subject.SOLUTION: A radiation image detector 30 includes radiation shielding units 31b that form a radiation image including a periodic intensity distribution with radiations passing therethrough, an image receiving unit 41 that has a plurality of pixels 40, which detect radiations and accumulate charges, arranged in matrix, and a support body 31a that supports the image receiving unit 41. The radiation image detector 30 detects a radiation image with the image receiving unit 41 and creates image data including a periodic pattern based on the periodic intensity distribution included in the radiation image.
