This invention relates to the use of a polypeptide in theproduction of an immunostimulatory agent, saidpolypeptide comprising a sequence corresponding to theEDA domain of fibronectin, a fragment of the EDA domainwhich can bind to TLR4 or a variant of said EDA domain ora fragment which can bind to TLR4 and which has ahomology of more than 70% with any form or naturalfragment of the EDA domain.
