The invention relates to a method for treating recalcitrant organic pollutants using beetle larvae, It mainly comprises the steps of selecting beetle larvae mixing polluted soil with feed by a ratio from 1:0.95 to 1:1.05 maintaining a moisture content of a formulated feeding medium from 43% to 47% feeding the selected beetle larvae with a feeding density of 190-210 cm3 within the feeding medium and degrading the pollutants of the polluted soil by the beetle larvae. Thereby the concentration of the pollutants can be reduced to efficiently improve the quality of soil and prevent soil from invasion of pollutants, so as to increase the practicality and efficiency for the whole implementation.本發明係有關於一種以兜蟲幼蟲來處理難分解之有機污染物的方法,其主要係選用兜蟲幼蟲,且將受污染的土壤與兜蟲飼育材以1:0.95~1:1.05的比例進行混合,並令所調配好之飼育介質保持在含水率為43~47%,再將選用之兜蟲幼蟲以190~210cm3之飼養密度於飼育介質中進行飼育,即可利用兜蟲幼蟲對受污染的土壤中之污染物進行降解;藉此,讓受到污染之土壤內的污染物濃度降低,以能有效改善土壤品質,保護土壤不受污染物侵入,而能在其整體施行使用上更增實用便利性者。
