In the present invention, provided are a novel nuclear medicine imaging contrast agent of chemical formula 2 or a medicine compound to treat cancer using radioactivity including two introduced cyclo RGDfK peptide in one molecule of glucosamine, lysin and NODAGA as a ligand combined with radioisotopes； an intermediate compound generated when the new compound is manufactured by chemical formula 1； a manufacturing method thereof and a nuclear medicine contrast agent or a medicine to treat cancer using radioactivity including the compound of chemical formula 2.본 발명은 한 분자 내에 2 개의 시클로 RGDfK 펩티드가 도입되고, 글루코사민 및 라이신을 포함하며, 방사성 동위원소를 결합하는 리간드로서 NODAGA를 함유하는 화학식 2의 신규 핵의학 영상 조영제 또는 방사능 암 치료제 화합물, 그 신규 화합물의 제조 중간체인 화학식 1의 화합물, 이들의 제조방법, 및 화학식 2의 화합물을 포함하는 핵의학 영상 조영제 또는 방사능 암 치료제를 제공한다.
