The present invention relates to a portable electrical harmful insect repeller including a repelling unit and a handle unit. A separate fashion assisting edge is fitted and fixed to the inside of an edge frame of the repelling unit, and various dual color collaborations can be ensured. A solar light electrical plate is integrally installed with the handle unit, and thus an electrical power supplying unit for supplying electrical power is always charged by light without having a separate power source, so harmful insects or the like can be repelled by using high voltage power.
