PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvesting machine which allows easy and efficient cleaning of a tail cutting device provided at the bottom of a draw and transport device.SOLUTION: A root crop harvesting machine comprises a tail cutting device 35 which encloses arcuately, by a cover case 35b, a tail cutting blade 35a which cylindrically rotates at the bottom of a draw and transport device 24.
