[Problem] A container having a built-in straw has yet to become commercially viable. [Solution] A beverage or the like is accommodated in an outside tube (100), and within an inside tube, the bottom end of a straw tube (600) opens into the interior of the outside tube (100), and the inner surface of the bottom end of a closed-off tube (800) is bonded or fused to the surface of the straw tube (600), so that the contents do not enter into the closed-off tube from the bottom side. In the upper part of the closed-off tube (800), the surface of the closed-off tube (800) and the inner surface of the outside tube (100) are completely bonded or fused by an outside tube/inside tube fusion portion (107). A rupture is created along outside tube incision lines fashioned for manual tearing and located on both outer edges of an outside tube incision portion (105) in the section in question, whereby the top end of the straw tube (600) is exposed and the contents can be sipped using the straw tube as a straw.
