PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower base securely holding a flower or the like while maintaining good aesthetic appearance, having effectively reduced manufacturing cost, highly convenient, and allowing decoration of an ornamental plant. SOLUTION: The flower base 1 has a flower base body 2 having a bottom surface portion 5 and a side wall portion 4 raised from the bottom surface portion 5 and surrounding the bottom surface portion 5, and a plurality of elastic supporting members 3 disposed so as to be substantially vertically raised from the bottom surface portion 5 of the flower base body 2.
