The present invention relates to an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which includes a main body, a control panel which is installed in the upper part of the main body, and a position control device for controlling the position of the control panel. The position control device includes a fixing bracket which is fixed to the main body, a center axis which is prepared in the fixing bracket, a rotation member which is rotatably installed in the center axis, and a pair of moving members which is movably installed at both sides of the rotation member and accommodates the control panel.
