The control panel includes a first housing, a second housing disposed under the first housing, plural bearing balls provided between the first housing and the second housing and configured to support the first housing so that the first housing is spaced apart from the second housing, and a brake unit configured to prevent movement of the first housing by restricting rotation of the bearing balls or to allow movement of the first housing by releasing restriction of rotation of the bearing balls.
