The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously recovering in aqueous medium, from a lipid and protein containing biomass, of a lipid fraction and a protein fraction, wherein the method comprises an extraction step to extract the lipid and protein fraction from the biomass, characterised in that the refining step consists of contacting the biomass with a solution of at least one organic acid in water having a pH of between 1 and 6, wherein the concentration of the organic acid is at least 0.1 M, and in that the method further comprises subjecting the thus treated biomass to a phase separation and recovering a first lipid phase containing at least 65 % with respect to the total weight of the lipids contained in the biomass and a second phase containing one or more precipitated proteins.La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération simultanée, dans un milieu aqueux, à partir d'une biomasse contenant des lipides et des protéines, d'une fraction lipidique et d'une fraction protéique, le procédé comprenant une étape d'extraction pour extraire la fraction lipidique et la fraction protéique de la biomasse, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de raffinage consiste à mettre la biomasse en contact avec une solution d'au moins un acide organique dans de l'eau ayant un pH compris entre 1 et 6, la concentration de l'acide organique étant d'au moins 0,1 M, et en ce que le procédé comprend en outre la soumission de la biomasse ainsi traitée à une séparation de phase et la récupération d'une première phase lipidique contenant au moins 65 % par rapport au poids total des lipides présents dans la biomasse et d'une seconde phase contenant une ou plusieurs protéines précipitées.
