The present invention proposes a method for detecting a time domain in a heart that varies according to a human physiological condition. The method includes a step of obtaining a pupil motion image from a subject； a step of extracting a pupil size variation (PSV) signal from the pupil motion image； and a step of extracting an R-peak to R-peak interval (RRI) in a predetermined frequency range from the PSV； and a step of extracting the parameter of the time domain in the heart from the RRI.본 발명은 인간 생리학적 상태에 따라 변화하는 심장 시간 정보를 추출하는방법을 제시한다. 본 발명의 방법:은 피험자로부터 동공 움직임 영상을 획득하는 단계； 상기 동공 움직임 영상으로부터 동공 움직임 변화(PSV, Pupil Size Variation)신호를 추출하는 단계； 그리고 상기 PSV로부터 소정 주파수 범위에서 RRI(R-peak to R-peak interval)를 추출하는 단계； 상기 RRI로부터 심장 시간 도메인의 파라미터를 추출하는 단계；를 포함한다.
