Определяют и регистрируют положение нижней челюсти. Изготавливают по полученному регистрату и накладывают на нижний зубной ряд разобщающую прикус каппу, которую используют в течение 2-х месяцев. Фиксируют брекет-систему на верхний зубной ряд. Пришлифовывают каппу в соответствии с изменением положения зубов верхней челюсти. Снимают каппу и устанавливают окклюзионные накладки на жевательную поверхность боковых зубов нижней челюсти, а также устанавливают частичную брекет-систему на переднюю группу зубов нижней челюсти с целью выравнивания их положения.
