An objective of the present invention is to provide a vibration isolation bed for an ambulance which improves an impact absorbing capability and user convenience. According to the present invention, the vibration isolation bed for an ambulance comprises: a main plate on which a cart for transporting a patient is seated； a base plate to support the main plate； a repulsive force generation means which is disposed between the base plate and the main plate, and generates a repulsive force to separate the base plate and the main plate； and a variable-height impact absorbing means which is disposed between the base plate and the main plate, and simultaneously absorbs an impact and a load applied to the main plate using a compression restoring force of a fluid and an elastic restoring force of an elastic member.본 발명에 의한 구급차용 방진베드는, 환자 이송용 카트가 안착되는 메인플레이트와, 상기 메인플레이트를 지지하는 베이스플레이트와, 상기 베이스플레이트와 메인플레이트 사이에 위치하고 서로 척력을 발생하여 메인플레이트와 베이스플레이트를 이격하는 척력발생수단과, 상기 베이스플레이트와 메인플레이트 사이에 위치하고 상기 메인플레이트에 가해진 충격 및 하중을 유체의 압축 복원력 및 탄성부재의 탄성복원력으로 동시에 흡수하는 높이가변완충수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
