The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an oil-in-water ultraviolet ray blocking cosmetic composition having good texture and high water repellency, and the composition manufactured thereby. The oil-in-water ultraviolet ray blocking cosmetic composition is produced by using an A-B-A type triblock copolymer which is low in emulsifying power and suppresses re-emulsification, so that the copolymer does not easily wash off by sweat or moisture.본 발명은 유화력이 낮아 재유화를 억제해 땀이나 수분에 의해 쉽게 씻겨나가지 않는 A-B-A 형 삼중 블록 공중합체를 이용하여, 좋은 사용감과 고발수성을 갖는 수중유(O/W)형 자외선 차단용 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 방법 및 그 조성물에 관한 것이다.
