PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil in water type emulsified skin cosmetic excellent in the improving effects of firmness and wrinkles of skin, also having a good spread on the skin and not causing stickiness.SOLUTION: This oil in water type emulsified skin cosmetic includes (a) a homopolymer, copolymer, cross polymer or their mixture containing 1 kind or &ge2 kinds selected from 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, acrylic acid and its derivatives as constituting units, (b) a non-emulsifiable crosslinking type silicone and (c) spherical silicone fine particles.
