PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eel farming method that reduces the constraint of places, greatly increases the unit yield, is desirable even for environment and health, and is compatible with large-scale breeding.SOLUTION: An eel farming method is characterized as follows: an inclination is provided in the bottom in an eel farming water tank 1 a drain outlet 2 with an eel escape preventer provided at the lowest position of the inclination is connected with a reception water tank 3 installed outside the eel farming water tank 1 by a drain pipe 4 a settling tank 5 and a plurality of filtration tanks 6 following the settling tank 5 are disposed so as to surround an outer circumference of the eel farming water tank 1 adjacently to the reception water tank 3 and the drainage flowing out from the drain outlet 2 is made to serially pass through the inside of the settling tank 5 and the filtration tank 6. Water flow drive means for maintaining the water flow of the drainage is provided, and the treated waste water is returned into the eel farming water tank 1 again from the filtration tank 6 or a stored water tank 7 positioned in the most downstream, and then a pumping device 8 is operated and the pumped water is poured in the tank. Also, waste water treatment means is provided in which a water intake or ooze intake pipe is provided in the settling tank or the stored water tank and is connected to an adjacent hydroponic system or soil cultivation system.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】場所の制約が少なく、単位収量を大幅に増大させ、環境や健康にもより望ましいような、大規模飼育に対応できる鰻の養殖方法を提供する。【解決手段】養鰻水槽1においてその底部に傾斜を設け、傾斜の最低位置に設けられた鰻脱出防止具付き排水口2と養鰻水槽1の外側に設置された受け水槽3とを排水パイプ4で連結し、受け水槽3に隣接して養鰻水槽1の外周を取り囲むように沈殿槽5とこれに続く濾過槽6を複数配置して、排水口2から流出した排水が沈殿槽5と濾過槽6の内部を直列的に通り抜けるようにする。排水の水流を維持するための水流駆動手段を持ち、最下流部に位置する濾過槽6もしくは溜水槽7より処理排水を再び養鰻水槽1内に戻し、ポンプ装置8を作動させ、その汲み上げた水を槽内に注ぐ。また沈殿槽又は溜水槽に取水ないし取泥パイプを設けてこれを隣接した水耕栽培システムないし土壌栽培システムに接続する排水処理手段。【選択図】図1
