PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively prolonging the progression-free survival of a patient diagnosed with ovarian cancer that continues to administer chemotherapy effective amount of anti-VEGF antibody.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an anti-angiogenesis therapy for the treatment of ovarian cancer, comprising co-administering an anti-VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) antibody and a chemotherapeutic agent, such as taxane, paclitaxel, docetaxel, paclitaxel protein-binding particles, platinum analog, carboplatin, or gemcitabine.
