PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gum massage brush capable of performing massage properly regardless of a portion of a gum.SOLUTION: In one embodiment of a gum massage brush, hardness of a formation material of a massage part 30 is smaller than that of a formation material of a head part 23. The massage part comprises: a base part 31 for covering at least, one side of a second direction orthogonal to a first direction of the head part and plural protrusion parts protruding from the base part to one side of the second direction. The base part comprises a foundation part 34 on which the protrusion parts are provided. The plural protrusion parts comprise plural first protrusion parts 32 and plural second protrusion parts 33. The first protrusion parts are configured so that, a dimension in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction is larger than that of the second protrusion parts. Tip ends of the second protrusion parts are positioned on one side of the second direction, relative to tip ends of the first protrusion parts.
