The chained connection unit (1) includes a plurality of shielding members (2) and a thermal transfer member (3), the shielding members (2) being arranged at locations corresponding to the locations of the respective targets (15), and the thermal transfer member (3) having a thermal conductivity higher than a thermal conductivity of the shielding members (2). The thermal transfer member (3) has a portion that is continuous in a direction in which the targets (15) are arranged.
