PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for an impression having configuration which enables the state of a natural mucous membrane surface to be impressed and which precludes a complicated deformation factor in an impression material hardening process as much as possible, in order to manufacture an artificial tooth without giving pain in a mouth from the setting and to manufacture a crown bridge etc., without requiring adjustment by manufacturing an intraoral model without a change in dimension to be the base in order for improvement in dental technique.SOLUTION: Deformation in obtaining an impression in the mouth is caused by a fact that a state inside the tray has been continuously in a some kind of pressurization state. Hence holes 2 for discharging the surplus impression material and a manual opening/closing mechanism are arranged in the tray for an impression. Consequently, when the impression is obtained, the impression material with the raised internal pressure is discharged to the outside of the tray at appropriate timing in an early stage, thereby to attain non-pressure or decompression. Besides, when the tray is used, a most appropriate non-pressure impression method is obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯科医療技術向上の為、基本となる寸法変化の無い口腔内模型を制作可能とする事により、セット時から口腔内で痛みの出ない義歯製作や調整の必要が無いクラウンブリッジ等を製作可能とする事が目的である。その為に、より自然な粘膜面の状態を印象可能すると共に、印象材硬化過程における複雑な変形要因を可能な限り排除する構造を持った印象用トレーを提供する。【解決手段】口腔内における印象彩得時の変形は、トレー内が継続的に何らかの加圧状態に有る事が原因であるので、本発明は印象用トレーに余分な印象材の排出用の穴2と、手動の開閉機構を設けることにより、印象採得時に内部圧力の高まった印象材を、適切なタイミングで早期にトレーの外へ排出し無圧化、又は、減圧出来る様にした。また、そのトレーを用いる事により、最も適切な無圧印象法を可能とすることが出来た。【選択図】図1
