The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tray for taking an implant impression which is capable of solving conventional problems such as excessive consumption of impression material and inaccurate impression taking by enabling a through hole to be formed in an accurate position of the impression tray based on the position after accurately grasping a position where an implant fixture is implanted using the transparent guide tray, and a transparent guide tray used in the tray for taking the implant impression. A tray (1) for taking an implant impression according to the present invention comprises: a guide tray (10) which is made of a transparent material to grasp a position where an implant fixture (101) is implanted when the guide tray (10) is installed at a tooth part of the oral cavity, and which also plays a role of an external tray and an internal tray (20b) which is installed on the inner side of the guide tray (10) to form a through hole (h) along with the guide tray (10) with respect to the implantation position of the implant fixture (101) that is checked through the guide tray (10) such that the guide tray (10) and the internal tray (20b) as one body play an impression tray role of coping a region at which the implant fixture (101) is implanted.
