The present invention relates to a medical solution, a method for producing said medical solution, a multi-compartment bag containing the medical solution as well as use of said medical solution. According to the invention the medical solution comprises a first single solution comprising bicarbonate and carbonate in such proportions that the partial pressure of carbon dioxide, CO2, in the first single solution is of the same order of magnitude as the partial pressure of carbon dioxide, CO2, of the atmosphere. The medical solution further comprises a second single solution comprising an acid. Said first and second single solutions are, after terminal sterilization and up on use, to be mixed to form a final solution. Said second single solution has a pH of 1.0-1.5, and said final solution has a pH of 7.0-7.6.본 발명은 의학적 용액, 상기 의학적 용액의 제조 방법, 그 의학적 용액을 함유하는 다중-구획 백 및 그 의학적 용액의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 의학적 용액은, 제1 단일 용액 중의 이산화탄소, CO2 분압이 대기 중의 이산화탄소, CO2 분압과 동일한 크기 정도를 갖는 비율로 중탄산염 및 탄산염을 포함하는 제1 단일 용액을 포함한다. 그 의학적 용액은 산을 포함하는 제2 단일 용액을 추가로 포함한다. 상기 제1 및 제2 단일 용액은, 최종 멸균 후 사용시, 혼합되어 최종 용액을 형성한다. 상기 제2 단일 용액은 pH 1.0-1.5를 갖고, 상기 최종 용액은 pH 7.0-7.6을 갖는다.
