PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plant cutting seedling which improves efficiency of seedling production by use of a cutting.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a plant cutting seedling comprises: a rooting/culture process of performing rooting/culture by inserting a scion into a rooting medium and a seedling process of raising the scion after rooting at a seedling medium.
