The present invention relates to a tooth mirror with a lighting function, installing a lighting configuration, capable of correctly lighting a desired point inside an oral cavity, in a teeth mirror inserted into the oral cavity to allow a dentist to observe a state of teeth, such that the dentist is able to clearly check the state of the teeth and the oral cavity. To this end, according to the present invention, the tooth mirror with a lighting function comprises a mirror part and a grip part of a rod shape. A light source part capable of emitting light is installed in the mirror part and a power supply unit is formed on one side of the grip part to supply power to the light source part and regulate the power supply. The light source part is installed by removing a part of reflective coating of the mirror part and installing a light emitting diode (LED) on a rear surface thereof, wherein the LED emits light of a wavelength range of 401 to 410 nm.본 발명은, 구강내로 투입되어 치아의 상태를 관찰할 수 있도록 한 치아거울에 목적하는 구강내 목적하는 지점을 정확하게 조명할 수 있도록 한 조명구성을 설치하여 치아 및 구강 내부의 상태를 보다 명확하게 확인할 수 있도록 한 조명기능을 갖는 치아거울에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 거울부와, 막대형태의 손잡이부로 이루어진 치아거울에 있어서, 거울부에 빛을 방출할 수 있도록 한 광원부를 설치하고, 손잡이부의 일측에 광원부로 전원의 공급 및 전원공급을 단속할 수 있도록 한 전원공급부가 설치되어 구성되며, 상기 광원부는 거울부의 반사코팅 일부를 제거하고 그 이면에 LED를 배치하여 설치되고, 상기 LED는 401nm 410nm 파장영역의 빛을 방출할 수 있도록 구성된다.
